nResponsibilities
n Provides for foundational pharmacy services, including medication order verification, dispensing oversight, drug information support, and basic patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services.
Reviews the accuracy and appropriateness of medications prepared and dispensed by pharmacy personnel.
Serves as a drug information resource to physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital personnel.
Supports safe, accurate, and efficient medication use throughout the hospital.
n nQualifications
Educationn Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
n n Licenses and Certifications
n RPH - Registered Pharmacist with valid State of California Pharmacist License required
