Job description

Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Washington seeks a Clinical Pharmacist I to provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient therapy outcomes.

This full-time, 40-hour weekly position requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, and BLS certification. PGY1 residency preferred. The role offers a supportive, patient-centered work culture and opportunities for professional growth.
