Job description
Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy services within a collaborative healthcare team. This full-time role focuses on optimizing medication therapy and patient outcomes in a hospital setting.
Required qualifications include PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, and BLS where applicable; ASHP PGY1 residency and acute care experience are preferred.
