Job description
Dignity Health – Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, AZ hires a Clinical Pharmacist to help doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications, and to review each prescription before final check. You’ll communicate drug information and participate in patient education to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.
Requirements include a B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD and an Arizona pharmacist license; hospital experience is preferred.
