Job description
HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical and operational pharmacy services in a hospital setting. You will interpret orders, compound and dispense medications, and monitor drug therapies for interactions and patient safety.
The role supports clinical services, education, and participation in quality initiatives to promote optimal patient care. A pharmacy degree and licensure are required, with PGY1 residency completed and at least 1 year of experience
