Job description
Baldwin Family Health Care is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our rural Michigan team. This role combines direct patient care, chronic disease management, and leadership in residency training.
The Clinical Pharmacist will serve as primary preceptor for the PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program and coordinate residency activities while collaborating with providers and care teams to optimize therapy for underserved populations.
