Job description
Trios Health in Pasco, WA is seeking a Pharmacist to join our outpatient pharmacy team, including anticoagulation clinic responsibilities. You will review orders, ensure accuracy, and provide education to staff and patients, with emphasis on quality and patient safety.
The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Pharmacy, current state license, and BCLS; ACLS preferred. You will work across pharmacy software systems in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at Lifepoint Health facilities.
