Job description
Harborview Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for the FC3 Flex Cardiac ICU. You will provide pharmacotherapeutic recommendations to a multidisciplinary team, support policy development, and participate in drug distribution, teaching, and research to optimize FC3 patient care.
The role requires Washington state pharmacist license and hospital pharmacy experience; ASHP-accredited residency may substitute.
