Job description
An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist skilled in both pharmacy operations and prescription management, based in Coquille, OR. The healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to support their team in delivering excellent patient care. While a permanent placement is preferred, candidates interested in contract-to-hire or travel assignments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications and ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes
Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and provide counseling to patients on proper medication use
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of pharmacy services and patient records
Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, including inventory management and quality control procedures
Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with current certification to practice in Oregon
Prior experience in clinical pharmacy settings
Strong knowledge of prescription processing and medication therapy management
Excellent communication skills with both healthcare teams and patients
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
