Job description
DSHS Rainier School in Buckley, WA seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for a temporary/full-time role with potential permanence. You’ll perform medication regimen reviews, histories, and distribution duties for residents with complex medical needs on a 4-day/40-hour schedule (Mon 7:00–Fri 5:30).
You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct medication reconciliations, and provide pharmacotherapeutic monitoring and consultative services to optimize patient care.
