Job description
King David Post Acute Nursing & Rehabilitation in Beachwood, OH is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our care team. As a Center Pharmacist you will evaluate orders for therapy appropriateness, review dosing, drug interactions, and oversee unit-dose packaging.
Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining resident medication histories, providing clinical pharmacology guidance, collaborating with the health care team, and covering on-call shifts.
