Job description
Carthage Area Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join the CHMC-Pharmacy team at the Ogdensburg campus. The role focuses on clinical assessment, therapy management, and expert consultation for inpatient and specialty services.
Day shift, on-site at the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center campus, with monthly weekend call. NYS Pharmacy license and BLS required; hospital experience preferred and knowledge of clinical information systems is essential.
