Job description
ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist at the Newark Campus to join a dynamic inpatient team. The role includes direct patient care through daily rounds, medication therapy management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates should have a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, with residency preferred and Delaware licensure or eligibility. The position offers a full-time 40-hour work week with day/evening shifts and some weekend/holiday requirements.
