Job description
BayCare Health System seeks a Pharmacist for our Specialty Pharmacy Clinic in St Josephs Main and Childrens. This PRN, exempt: No position supports discharge planning and medication safety initiatives at BayCare’s clinics.
Responsibilities include ensuring safe medication use, supporting follow-up with providers, and promoting continuity of care after hospital discharge. Florida licensure is required and PGY residency experience is preferred.
