nClinical Pharmacist position details:
nnnFacility: St. Joseph's Hospital South
n
nnLocation: Riverview, FL
n
nnStatus: Full time, exempt
n
nnShift: 7pm-7am | 7-day on/7-day off
n
nnWeekend Work: Every other
n
nnOn Call: No
n
n nClinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
nnThe clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
n nCertifications and Licensure:
nnnRequired: Pharmacist - State of FL
n
nnPreferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
n
n nRequirements:
nnnRequired: Bachelor's Degree
n
nnPreferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
n
