Job description
DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to provide clinical pharmacy services, review prescriptions for safety, and counsel patients on drug therapy. This PRN role partners with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and supports medication management across services.
The successful candidate holds a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy and Michigan licensure, with ability to obtain licensure within 3 months.
