Job description
MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medications. You will work with the care team to optimize drug therapy for patients in multiple settings, including potential outreach beyond the hospital.
The role involves prospective medication problem identification, collaboration with clinicians, and ensuring accurate dispensing with HIPAA-compliant documentation. Part-time 24 hours per week.
