Job description
Capital Health in Trenton, NJ, seeks a Pharmacist to manage medication-use processes across assigned areas. You will interpret orders, intervene on therapy, educate staff, and support pharmacy quality initiatives within a collaborative team.
Requirements include PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, BPS certification preferred, PGY1 residency or 3 years of experience, and ACLS/BLS/PALS credentials. ASHP residency training is a plus.
