The Opportunity: FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital (MRH) is a 402-bed flagship hospital featuring a 40-bed emergency department (expandable to 47 beds with hallway spaces) that sees more than 60,000 patients annually. Located in beautiful Pinehurst, North Carolina, MRH serves as the primary referral center for six counties and a secondary referral center for 15 counties total.

In addition to MRH, the health system includes three additional campuses (MRH-Richmond, MRH-Hoke, and Montgomery Memorial Hospital), all of which provide emergency services. While primarily based at MRH, occasional support may be provided to other system sites.

• Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing emergency medicine pharmacy services

• Oversee medication reconciliation technicians and perform final review of home medication lists

• Precept and mentor PGY1 and PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residents

• Provide care for both adult and pediatric patients
