Job description
CHI St. Vincent is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist to help doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. You will review prescriptions in your queue, check for drug interactions, dosing, allergies, and any unusual findings with final sign-off.
The role requires a PharmD (or BS in Pharmacy with license) and Arkansas Pharmacist license, plus BLS/CPR. You will document interventions, communicate drug information to patients and health
