Job description
Intermountain Health Layton Hospital is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use. You will review orders, intervene on interactions, counsel patients, and support a multidisciplinary team on a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Utah licensure, and knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.
