Job description
Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Washington state is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to help our doctors and nurses safely prescribe and dispense medications to support patient recovery and comfort.
You will review prescriptions for safety, drug interactions, and correct dosing, entering and verifying orders, and communicating with patients and health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
