MLR is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be integral in optimizing medication therapies to enhance patient outcomes. Clinical Pharmacist Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited program.
Active pharmacist license in Wisconsin, or eligibility to obtain one.
Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
