Job description
Cook Children's in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a clinical pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services to patients, healthcare providers, and hospital staff.
Responsibilities include developing pharmaceutical plans to optimize therapy and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations with patient welfare as priority. The ideal candidate holds an ACPE-accredited degree, PGY1 or hospital experience, and Texas licensure, with BLS and PALS per criteria.
