Job description
BayCare in Tampa, FL seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to support the St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital HTC for pediatric and adult bleeding/clotting patients. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, adjusting doses, performing pharmacokinetic profiles, and coordinating outpatient prescriptions.
