Job description
Option Care Health in Tampa, FL is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe, evidence-based pharmacy services in the home infusion setting. You will collaborate with nursing staff, monitor patient progress toward goals and educate patients and caregivers on medication use.
As a licensed Pharmacist, you will design care plans, adjust therapies as needed, dispense medications, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain confidentiality while supporting a patient-centric infusion
