Job description
RPh on the Go USA, Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist for a Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. This direct hire role focuses on clinical pharmacy services within a home infusion setting, using CareTend.
You will review infusion orders, participate in clinical rounds, perform sterile compounding and TPN reviews, maintain patient records, ensure USP compliance, and support staff training and process improvements to enhance patient care.
