Job description
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate home infusion pharmacy services. You will coordinate with nursing, monitor patient progress, and educate patients, caregivers and staff on medication use.
The role emphasizes maintaining standards, adhering to policies, and ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care across home and other settings. Licensed pharmacists with PharmD are encouraged to apply and participate in ongoing CEU opportunities.
