Job description

Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and appropriate pharmacy services for home care patients. This entry-level clinical pharmacist role coordinates with Nursing, monitors patient progress, and educates patients, caregivers, and staff on medication use.

The position requires a Doctor of Pharmacy and an active pharmacy license, with preferred experience in sterile IV or MTM. You will work within our home care model across the United States.
