Job description
Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe, appropriate pharmacy services for home care patients. This entry-level role coordinates with Nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures continuity of pharmaceutical care within regulatory guidelines.
The pharmacist will prepare and dispense medications, calibrate equipment, and maintain documentation in line with USP standards and DEA regulations.
