Job description
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and effective pharmacy services in the home care setting. You will coordinate with Nursing, monitor patient progress, and educate patients, caregivers and staff on medication use.
You will ensure continuity of care, prepare and dispense medications, monitor safety, and comply with regulations while advancing professional competencies through CEU opportunities.
