Job description
Option Care Health seeks an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist for our home infusion team in Greenville, SC. You will provide safe, guideline-based pharmacy services, coordinate with Nursing, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to optimizing pharmacotherapy in an alternate-site setting.
