Job description
Option Care Health is seeking an entry-level Clinical Pharmacist to deliver safe and appropriate pharmacy services for home care patients, coordinating with Nursing, monitoring progress, and educating patients and caregivers according to policies and regulatory standards.
The role requires a PharmD/Pharmacy degree, an active state license, and one of several qualifying experiences (IV/sterile compounding, non-sterile MTM, residency, or equivalent).
