Job description
JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Home Infusion) in Columbus, OH to join TAG MedStaffing's client. This full-time role focuses on home infusion therapy, sterile compounding, medication therapy management, and bedside patient care.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services. Requirements include a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, current Ohio license, and 2 years acute care or 1 year home infusion experience.
