Job description
Option Care Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for part-time or per diem roles in California to deliver safe, effective pharmacy services to home care patients. The role collaborates with Nursing, educates patients and caregivers, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy, holds an active California license, and has training in sterile IV admixture or MTM, with strong communication and problem-solving
