Job description
Carle Health is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team, providing compounded and dispensed medications and handling therapeutic drug monitoring across patient care settings.
You will verify orders, ensure dosing accuracy, and communicate with clinicians to optimize therapy, including chemotherapy, IV admixture, and controlled substances, while using HBOC and Omnicell systems to support safe patient care.
