HireNow Staffing is recruiting experienced hospital pharmacists for three Clinical Pharmacist opportunities in Fort Walton Beach. These positions offer the opportunity to support safe medication use and collaborate with clinical teams in a hospital environment.

Hourly Compensation
Minimum: $52.00 per hour
Midpoint: $59.00 per hour, associated with 10 years of experience
Maximum: $64.00 per hour, associated with 15+ years of experience
Final compensation will be determined by the employer's assessment of experience and qualifications.
Schedule and Location
Full-time days in Fort Walton Beach, Florida
Four 10-hour shifts weekly
Listed shift window: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Every third weekend
One summer holiday: Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day
One winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day

Role Overview
Anticipated responsibilities include:
Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential medication-related concerns.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to support safe medication therapy.
Monitor medication use and communicate recommendations when appropriate.
Support accurate medication preparation and dispensing.
Provide medication information to clinical staff and patients as assigned.
Maintain required documentation and follow hospital pharmacy procedures.
Participate in medication-safety and quality-improvement activities.
