Job description
Carle Health in Peoria, IL is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our hospital-based pharmacy team. You will verify and dispense medications, review orders, monitor therapeutic drug therapy, and ensure safe, effective dosing for patients.
Strong knowledge of chemotherapy, IV admixture, narcotics control, and investigational drugs is required. Proficient in using HBOC and Omnicell systems for medication management.
