Job description
Career Land Center (CLC) is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist for a hospital pharmacy setting. The role focuses on safe, evidence-based medication management and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure accurate preparation, monitoring, and patient care support.
The position requires a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school and an active Florida pharmacist license. 1+ year hospital experience is preferred, with PGY1 completion also considered.
