Clinical Pharmacist – SSM Health

In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, manage pharmacotherapy, perform medication reconciliation, and provide direct patient counseling. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses on rounds, support antimicrobial stewardship, monitor therapeutic drug levels, and ensure regulatory compliance.
