Job description
This opportunity seeks experienced compounding pharmacists to support a growing pharmacy team at their expanding location in Texas. The role focuses on preparing customized medications while ensuring strict adherence to compounding standards and patient safety. This position operates on a 13-week contract to hire basis, offering an excellent pathway to permanent employment.

Stafford, Texas
Schedule: Monday to Friday
6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
First shift
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and compound sterile medications based on prescriptions and established protocols
Maintain precise records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory levels
Communicate clearly with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to provide excellent service
Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
Keep up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends and compounding techniques
Qualifications and Experience: Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding within a pharmacy setting
Proven ability to adhere to compounding standards and safety procedures
Familiarity with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software preferred
