Job description
Cone Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a Clinical Pharmacist II for Acute Care and Hospital at Home programs to support medication therapy and patient safety. You will interpret physician orders, supervise technicians, precept students, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize drug use and outcomes across acute care settings.
Required: Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy, 3 years’ experience, and NC pharmacist license within 60 days of hire, plus CPR/BLS.
