Job description
CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Pharmacist to fill orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information in a hospital setting. The role includes ambulatory and clinical pharmacotherapy services, stewardship participation, and ensuring licensure and competency through ongoing education.
The position requires Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy, board certification or equivalent experience, and residency status where applicable. Typical schedule is 8AM–5PM, full-time.
