Job Summary:
As the Clinical Pharmacist II, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.
1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience
BLS
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program
3 years of inpatient pharmacyexperience
