Job description
AIDS Healthcare Foundation in Atlanta seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to expand primary care activities, including administration of vaccines, long acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, and nicotine reduction programs, working in collaboration with AHF providers.
You will help standardize processes across locations, promote best practices, and serve as a SME that supports immunization and disease prevention initiatives, with a focus on patient-centered care and team collaboration.
