Job description
Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Pharmacist at Wellstar Paulding in Hiram to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, participate in formulary management, and help develop policies and procedures.
You will review medications, participate in antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics, nutrition support, and transitions of care, and round with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
