Job description
Cardinal Health is seeking a full-time Clinical Pharmacist to assist with clinical program development, clinical monitoring, medication reconciliation, formulary management and cost containment to improve patient care.
The pharmacist will build professional relationships with departments, staff and patients, educate on medications, supervise technicians, verify orders, support antimicrobial stewardship, and help maintain accreditation. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with on-call as needed.
