An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to contribute expertise in medication management within an inpatient setting. This contract role, based in Hillsboro, OR, offers dynamic scheduling with variable days and afternoon shifts, ideal for professionals seeking flexible working hours. Afternoon shifts
Responsibilities: Deliver clinical pharmacy services by reviewing and managing medication therapies in an inpatient environment
Utilize electronic health records and medication dispensing systems, including Cerner and Pyxis, to ensure accuracy and safety
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication plans and improve outcomes
Monitor patient responses and provide recommendations for medication adjustments
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications / Desired Experience: Active Oregon Pharmacist License required
Strong clinical and inpatient pharmacy experience
Proficiency with Cerner and Pyxis medication management systems preferred
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
