Job description
A growing pharmacy location in Stafford, TX is seeking seven skilled Clinical Pharmacists specializing in sterile compounding. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a chance to contribute in a dynamic environment focused on customized medication preparation and exceptional patient care.
Schedule & Hours:
First shift
Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities: Prepare customized medications following prescriptions and stringent compounding standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members
Maintain precise records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory to ensure safety and compliance
Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to deliver timely and effective pharmacy services
Stay up to date on pharmaceutical trends and compounding techniques to ensure top-quality outcomes
Qualifications: Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas is mandatory
Minimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding, with demonstrated expertise
Proficient in using pharmacy software, including LifeFile and PK Software
Location: Stafford, Texas
