Job description
This position offers a 13-week contract opportunity for a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services in a hospital setting. The role primarily involves working 40 hours per week across varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. Typical shift hours are from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with possible variation in weekend schedules based on staffing needs.

Typical shift: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to support inpatient care
Manage pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly for vancomycin
Oversee warfarin therapy management
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use
Utilize electronic medical records, primarily EPIC system
Qualifications: Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
Minimum one year of experience in inpatient hospital pharmacy
Proficiency in pharmacokinetic dosing and warfarin management
Experience with EPIC Willow Inpatient is preferred, but not required
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
